Our story begins with Rowaiq's founder, Hammoud Al Sabah, who wanted to find a beautiful place to have a delicious breakfast early in the morning or at any time of the day. For Hammoud: "If you wake up early in the morning and want to have a delicious breakfast or if you want to eat it late in the day, you will not find a better place than Rayooq to enjoy it, hence the idea of creating this restaurant."
