Art of Spices is the pioneer of Indian delicacies in Salalah that goes beyond the regular Idli, Dosa, Uttapam. The restaurant is the first of its kind to introduce Royal India to the cuisines of the country that includes recipes from Kerala, Malabar coast , Andra etc. Since the coastal regions have more access to fresh seafood like fish, crab and prawns, the coastal palette is very different from the typical South Indian food that we get in India.
