A modern take on traditional Lebanese cuisine, Arabesque is a casual, street food concept focusing on freshly prepared, chef driven dishes. We have taken inspiration from around the region to bring guests new takes on classics, steeped in heritage and a rich history, local delicacies have been evolved to delight the palette. With the help of local cooks and arduous research, we hope to entice a new generation of food lovers to the flavors of Arabia. We aim to be different by evolving many of the well-known plates and bringing new chef creations that guests will find familiar taste profiles with modern twists. Arabesque will elevate Shawarma, touch up Tabbouleh and develop desserts bringing new and exciting dishes to the Pearl Qatar.
