Headed by Michelin-starred Akrami Benalal, the fine dining restaurant promises dishes inspired by cultures along the Silk Road. The menu is centered around sharing dishes, with options including red tuna tartare, black chickpea tartare, and Azerbaijani bread stuffed with lamb and mushroom patties.
